Manager - Draughtsman

Job Description
Specific Duties:

1. Manage drafting services for specialized architectural systems.
2. Develop and refine support systems.
3. Supervise general drafting, engineering review, fabrication analysis, database programming, and general support activities.
4. Desired Candidate Profile
5. Set-up office
6. IT support
7. Develop the systems to facilitate the operation
8. Willingness to travel for training and support
9. Ability to build, train & manage a team
10. Ability to produce quantity takeoffs, shop drawings and layouts to industry standards
11. Ability to maintain communication and coordinate with all clients
12. Request and communicate for outside/external information as required
13. Mentor and develop all Draftspersons
