Role

• Quality of Design
• Creating design brief.
• Selection of appropriate consultants.
• Value additions in space planning and design
• Specifications of the projects and decision making

Interdepartmental Communication

• Drawings and Information flow by Team.
• Co-ordination and Communication.

Deliverables to Project Management at all sites

• Co-ordination and Communication with all external consultants.
• Ensure deliverables by team are in Time and Quality.
• Project Reviews with the Team.
• Fire Fighting and Decision Making

Execution

• Address site conditions and their implications.
• Check Quality of execution at site.
• Resolving Bottle Necks.
• Decision making

Team Development and Process Implementation

• Team
