Job Description
This position would be responsible for heading complete operations and management of the club.

1. Supervise and direct the daily activities of all the F & B outlets, Gymnasium & Banquets.
2. Ensure through regular monitoring of the feedback, prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guests.
3. Conduct regular meetings with the outlet supervisors and constantly monitor guest complaints, compliments and suggestions.
4. Developing guest loyalty and retention programme.
5. Stay informed about local, national and international best practices/trends in food service, interior design, technology and entertainment.

Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the services, equipments & processes are followed.

Must have
Experience : 8 - 13 yrs
