Job Description

1. Thorough knowledge of accounting and should have experience in handling regional accounts
2. SAP exposure
3. Exposure in receivables accounting & customer a/c reconciliation
4. Exposure in terms customer claim settlement
5. Good interpersonal/ communication skills/ rapport building skills
6. Good working knowledge of MS Office

1. Payment Updation for the dealers billing accounts.
2. Reconciliation of dealer billing accounts on day to day basis.
3. Processing of dealers claims & incentives as per schemes announced.
4. Preparation of monthly provisions for incentives.
5. Maintenance of MIS on dealers working capital requirements and MIS for Incentive & Dealer Receivable & monitoring thereof.
6. Processing/checking of vendor payments.
7. Updation of vendor payments in SAP.
8. Reconciliation of bank accounts on monthly/fortnightly basis.
9. Preparation of monthly/Quarterly imprest schedules for Audit purposes.
10. Compliance: VAT returns for all States in the region
11. Statutory Compliance under Income Tax / Sales Tax of Region
12. Compliance under SOX
13. Receivables Management: Accounting and reconciliation of receivables and collections for dealers and Govt.
14. Individual customer account-payment reconciliation & clearing

Experience : 2 - 7 yrs
