Job Description
We are looking for an experienced accountant who is comfortable looking after accounts, finance and investment related activity for a set of companies and individuals.
- Working knowledge of Income Tax, Service Tax, TDS, Provident Fund etc.
- Should not currently be having a “Manager” designation.
- Should have good knowledge of operating MS Excel & MS Word.
- You need to live within a 45 minute commuting distance from Nehru Place (Delhi).
- Should have an expert level knowledge of Tally.
- Ideally would have a minimum of 70% marks in class XII.
- Ideally would have at least a B. Com. with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Minimum of 2+ years accounts related experience (preferably in a service industry).

- Responsible for interaction with all government statutory authorities.
- Handle the budgeting process and prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Handle the investment portfolio of the company and be responsible for treasury functions.
- Day to day accounting work i.e. vouching, filing etc.
- Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally.
- Responsible for billing and collections.
- Responsible for purchase activities and vendor relationships.
- Responsible for payroll and all other elements of HR work related to accounting.
- Prepare and finalization of balance sheets, profit & loss and cash flow statements for multiple companies.
- Handle interaction with various external service providers like auditors, tax consultants, bank relationship managers etc.
- Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, Service Tax, TDS, Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Board etc.
