Job Description

Qualification: BE, B.Tech
Desired Profile:

• Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
• Good team player and able to work alone when required
• Has a strong background in business/systems analysis techniques
• Knowledge and experience of Business Support Systems and/or ERP Projects (CRM, Billing (ideally Cerillion), Payments, BI, Mediation and Provisioning)
• Experience of real time rating systems (ideally Comverse One)
• Strong problem solving, analytical and modelling skills at both a strategic and functional level
• Good business and technical understanding, good interpersonal skills, good administration, project experience, hands on and motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Facilitating meetings and/or design sessions to validate, prioritise, and document specific requirements
• Proactively communicating and collaborating with customers to analyse functional requirements and develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
• Working with Solution Designers to ensure the High Level Design works from a business perspective and delivers the business requirements
• Peer reviewing requirements specifications, high level designs and test plans
• Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation
