Job Description
Group controlling team within Finance comprises of 12 people and is primarily responsible for performing following activities:
- Intercompany monitoring at Group level
- Ownership and maintenance of Group AUM database
- Credit Control
- Finance Systems
- Management accounting
- Ownership of Bonus process for Group
The person would be required to support the management accounting process. Key Responsibilities are as mentioned below:
- Preparation of Cost MIS and Expense flash.
- Effective documentation of processes and exception reporting on timely basis
- Supporting Group Year End Audit and Position Papers
- Identify, design and enable/manage process improvement initiatives for increased efficiency.
- Supporting Group Year End Audit and Position Papers
- Assisting in delivering key projects as may be required from time
- Production of Management Accounts for group.
- Timely performance of the allocated sub processes during the month end such as asset maintenance & reconciliation, revenue allocations, cost allocations etc.
- Handling all queries related to management results.
- Support HFM implementation
- Maintenance of Hyperion/HFM based Allocation rules and database.
Experience : 3 - 5 yrs
