Job Description

 - First Line of communication with customer service group on day-to-day processing issues
 - Ensure staff is properly trained/ coached to perform their day-to-day functions

 - Provides daily direction, supervision and coaching (Develop/ Train) to functional Teams & individuals on the day to day functions.
