Job Description
- Ability to review, analyzes, and makes recommendations regarding designs, plans, and specifications.
- Ability to supervise and plan the work of technical and professional consultants.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Power Point, Photoshop, 3D Max, Corel draw etc.
- With experience in co-coordinating multi-disciplinary detailed design drawings/specifications for residential and retail projects.
- Considerable knowledge of the modern principles and practices of architecture
- Planning and designing of residential and commercial projects.
- Preparing construction and detailed drawings for execution purpose.
- Leading the project team in all coordination work.
- Preparing cost estimation for new projects.
- A good knowledge and update of any kind of new material available in the market
- Coordinating with various consultants for drawings and other requirements.
