Job Description
8-10 years of relevant experience in commercial function (preferably in manufacturing industry).

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Credit Control and Receivable Management

• Review of Receivable with Sales Team and ensure minimal overdue
• Improving and implementing credit policy & Dealer Policy
• Initiating preventive measures towards minimising credit risk

Sales & Regional Accounts

• Maintaining clear Debtors Ledger and Analysis of Age-wise outstanding
• Periodically balance confirmation from Dealers and Customers
• Cash & Bank operation
• Monitoring of Region Expenses and Budget

Taxation and statutory matters

• Familiar with VAT rules
• Dealing with Auditors, Bankers, Sales Tax and Excise Deptt.
• Handling Legal Matters
• Ensuring statutory compliances

Inventory Accounting and WH Management

• Monitoring of slow moving and non moving stocks
• Ensuring Periodically physical verification of stocks
• Proper negotiation & agreement with Transporters

Customer Service Functions

• Orders Management & Reconciliations
• Handling Customers complaints

Others

• Correspondences with Dealers / Distributors / Bankers / C &am
