Job Description
- Preparation & Reporting of Monthly MIS to the Management.
 - Preparation & Reporting of Monthly Credit Meeting to the Management
 - Preparation & Reporting of Monthly Purchase Meeting to the Management
 - Control to expenses and compare with Income & Find out every month percentage of P.B.F.C. & E.B.T.D.I. as per norms.
 - Support Operations through strategic & Tactical financial planning, effective Vendor development, and cost management.
 - Develop a strong operational & functional team in Management accounting, financial accounting & Credit Collection.
 - Financial Analysis & Reporting (MIS, Budgeting, Project Feasibility),
 - Business Processes Restructuring and Engineering,
 - Audit – Internal Financial Audit and Revenue Audit,
 - Cost Controls,
 - Legal,
 - Inventory Management
 - Monthly Review Meetings involving all functions and raising questions relating to improvements
 - Drawing up strategy, macro level business plan
 - Analysis of variances between Budget & Actual (year to date, expenses & monthly figures). This includes variance Analysis along with justifications for actual.
 - Mid-Term Review of Budget: This Activity requires projection of Turnover based on sales inputs, by Sales & Marketing Deptt.
 - Discussion of Profit & Loss variations with internal Auditors & Statutory Auditors.
