Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years finance/accounting experience, with at least 3-4 years in FP&A roles
- Post Graduate in Buss admn/Finance OR MBA – Finance
- Must have commercials/pricing experience
- Self starter, energetic, eyes to detail
- Hands on experience of FP&A activities
- Aim to grow fast in company
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and system skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with management
- Objective and independent fact-based business attitude
- Must be a good Team player
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are preferred
Our client looking for either Manager / Assistant Manager Finance for Mumbai location
Job Descriptions :
- Planning and Budgeting
- Provide the annual planning process for company
- Provide Quarterly and Annual Capital Planning
- Support Corporate FP&A activities including consolidation of the overall Company forecast, Provide management and executive management reporting
- Interact with HR and other depts. on monthly headcount reporting
- Analysis
- Provide Actual Vs forecast/budget variance analysis with Business comments
- Assist with cost control and expense management initiatives
- Deep dive analysis to understand month end financials
- Provide pricing for various company products
- Business Analysis and management support
- Build business analysis models based on sound analysis and empirical data
- Ad hoc financial modeling as needed
- Assist with preparations for the quarterly board meetings
- Provide in depth financial view of issues as they arise
Other support
- Provide pricing for various company products
- Act as liaison between departments and other key areas
- Participate in Business groups' departmental staff meetings
- Train/educate operational managers in areas of finance as needed
- Help prioritize/resolve control/cost/business issues for the Dept. Manager
