- The candidate should have a strong educational background with CA. should have 4-5 years of post qualification work experience in a MNC and/or big 4 audit firm.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proactive, deadline conscious and assertive.
- Expertise in MS office and worked on Accounting packages/ ERP.
- Smart with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should possess high energy level, be a self starter, a good team player, self motivated and driven to meet the ever-changing demands of a dynamic organization
