Job Description

1. Maintain the accounts in SAP
2. Maintain VTC accounts and monitoring their payouts
3. Invoicing student/C&G IBO and VTC sign-up invoicing
4. Vendor payments
5. Monitor all travel and other employee advances
6. Monthly closing of books for MIS and ensure that all closing entries are passed within due dates
7. Payroll processing
8. Statutory compliances service tax, VAT, income tax, PT,PF,ESI
9. Handling petty cash
10. Preparing BRS and cash flow
11. Maintain fixed asset register
