Job Description
- Graduate degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
- 8-10 years experience in a technical/commercial role or in Operations role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas Sectors
- Availability to travel for business purposes world-wide
- Prepare commercial proposals, guarantee Quality completeness and Time responsiveness
- Lead Risk Assessment processes coordinating Bid Teams/Functions (Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, Global Services P&Ls) during proposal preparation and follow-up
- Define strategy on Price and Margin and leverage ROI evaluation
- Lead negotiation with Customers and Functions in order to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
- Lead Hand-Off for project execution phase (OTR) track, monitor and report the assigned projects
- Be accountable for overall Project proposal strategy
- Achieve financial and operational targets committed for the assigned Projects / Area / Account
- Support the Sales Force in opportunity development/assessment with Customers
- Identify the best solutions to meet Customers' "Critical to Quality" in collaboration with Application Engineering Team and all the involved functions.
- Scout opportunities in the assigned Area / Segment and with assigned Accounts, teaming up with Sales Regional Manager, keeping track of all the projects ensuring a solid and rigorous financials reporting and forecasts
