1. Essential Qualifications & Skills Good command on Object Oriented Programming
2. Excellent Dotnet (preferably C#, ASP.NET) 2.0 or higher versioned programming skills

Primary skills: Dotnet + XML + Windows console + client server Architecture.
Secondary skills: Exposure /Knowledge of experience into Mobile/telecom domain.
High weightage will be given if the consultant holds VAS experience.
